Having survived war and trauma in Germany as a child, she went on to immigrate to Canada, meet and marry the love of her life, and successfully raise two children. Now the loving grandmother to four grandkids and living in California, Vivianne has turned to philosophers, poets, and thinkers and found some of the answers that once eluded her during times of hardship. My desire to become an author started when I decided to write my memoir “From Rubble To Champagne: Rising from the ashes of war-torn Berlin to a life of grace, beauty, and gratitude”. It is my life story.
